Each fingerprint impression commissioned is custom crafted, cast and finished by hand. Any surface variation is to be expected and adds to the natural beauty and individuality of these hand crafted unique fingerprint jewellery items. We pride ourselves on first class service and even better products but please do allow for the individuality of hand made bespoke orders.tclaim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Please remember that no two fingerprints are the same so there may be some slight differences in the product you receive in comparison to the picture or product you originally based your order on.
You agree that The Lasting Impressions Company reserve the right to photograph your finished pieces for use in marketing purposes including images uploaded to the website www.thelastingimpressionscompany.co.uk.
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Returning your order before using the impressions kits: Once you have placed your order, if you change your mind and decide not to proceed, after we have dispatched kits to you, we reserve the right to retain an administration fee of £10 after we have received the complete and unused kit returned to us, a refund will then be generated. Returning your goods once we have made your personalised jewellery. We are unable to provide refunds on any personalised fingerprint charms, pendants, key rings, cufflinks or bookmarks as they are unique to you and have no resale value. Any bracelets, necklaces or bookmarks (excluding personalised charms) that need to be returned and exchanged must be unworn, boxed and returned within 14 days.
Credit Card Security All our credit and debit card payments are processed using Paypal, and a Paypal account is not required to use this service. We also accept most credit and debit cards over the phone.
Privacy Policy The Lasting Impressions Company do not disclose customers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
